Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are the actual cost for regular delivery to Canada and Continental U.S. only. There is a minimum shipping cost of $4.95. Orders to a U.S. address are charged in U.S. funds and orders to a Canadian address are charged in Canadian funds. All orders will be sent factory direct from Elie, Manitoba, Canada by either mail or UPS. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (extra time may be needed at certain times due to high volume in U.P.S. or mail deliveries).

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada as they may apply in that Province. Both OPEL and yourself agree that the Manitoba Courts shall have sole jurisdiction to deal with any disputes under this agreement and both OPEL and yourself hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the Manitoba Courts.

If any provision of this agreement is found to unlawful or void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
